V.      New business

a)      Recreation/Common Area grounds maintenance: A request for bids was put out for in November for 2010.  Two bids were received via email.  The board has decided to go with Mr. Costello’s bid of a fixed fee for the year.  Payments will be made in thirds.  First at the end of April.  Then end of July, then October.  Closed.

b)      The treasurer delivered a letter from AA county regarding updating our community association information on their website. I have provided my email address and the community website address in addition to information they already had.   http://www.aacounty.org/CountyExec/ComServe/

c)      Easter Sunday is 4 April.  If we are going to have an annual egg hunt, it should either be the week before or Saturday 3 April.  I recommend the Saturday one week prior.  There have been no volunteers.  I will canvass for volunteers via email.  Pends.

d)      Treasurer provided current financial status: Current account balance: $5356.62.  We expect the recreation area insurance to be about $780.  Another $250 for mailing/office supplies and PO Box.  $3700 for grounds maintenance.  That leaves nearly $1000 to support our annual events.  Plus we have a little over $500 dues outstanding.
