III.      Approval of minutes from last meeting

President reviewed and approved the minutes from the last meeting.

IV.      Open issues

a)      Review of overdue Homeowner Dues – ___ of 144 still outstanding from 2009.  Board will follow up with remaining overdue owners.

b)      321 Ternwing: Illegally parked vehicles have been removed.  Boycott sign removed.  ‘Charity’ websites gone.  House auction 9 Feb (no word on result).

c)      Marc has yet to follow up with Matt Divens on his fence line survey and remediation.

d)      Playground equipment: spring toy.  Marc has yet to contact Mr. Sames about welding or replacement.

e)      A neighbor on Overleaf Dr has had a pod in the driveway for more than a year.  Board sent sent a letter on 18 November.  Pod remains. Board will follow up. Pends.

f)        A large truck had been parking on Overleaf Ct. Board sent letter on 11 November. Truck is no longer parked there as of sometime in January.

g)      Recreation/Common Area grounds maintenance: A request for bids was put out for 2010.  Two bids received via email as of 14 Dec.  The board has decided to go with Mr. Costello’s bid of a fixed fee for the year.  Marc will contact him this week.

h)      The Ternwing entrance lighting circuit needs fixed.  Marc & Victor determined that one light fixture had to be removed from the circuit until repairs can be made.  Other light is operating normally. Pends.

i)        No response from attempts to contact Jamestown HCA.

j)        Community Dumpster is scheduled for 5/12-5/14 at the Datko’s house (same as last year).

k)      Snow removal – has not been a HCA function.  As far as I am concerned, the county has done a pretty good job keeping the main Drives passable and has followed through on the Courts per schedule.  I have had some complaints about mail boxes and sidewalks being buried and I myself wish I had been able to predict the county actions better.  No Action.

l)        Car breakins – we have had a rash on Ternwing, in October and January.  Keep your cars locked!

V.      New business

a)      Easter Sunday is 4 April.  Need to pick a date for the annual egg hunt.  I recommend the Saturday one week prior.  Need volunteers for preparing the eggs with candy.  Need to decide other particulars of this event and budget for it.  Perhaps a Spring Wecoming Bonfire?

b)      We need to review and approve the budget for 2010.

c)      Next Meeting – Monday, 8 March 2010.

VI.      Adjournment

President adjourned himself at 7:34 pm.
