Meeting Minutes

12 October 2009

I. Call to order

President Marc Sanders called to order the regular meeting of the Hidden Ridge Homeowner’s Community Association at 7:15 pm on 12 Oct 2009 at 336 Ternwing Drive, Arnold, MD, which lies within the confines of Hidden Ridge.

II. Roll call

President conducted a roll call. The following members were present:
Jaime Smilowitz, Brenda Evans

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

President read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.

IV. Open issues

a) Review of overdue Homeowner Dues – 23 of 144 still outstanding for 2009. Treasurer sent out late notices the first week of October.

b) Marc will follow up with Matt Divens on fence line survey and remediation now that Matt and Patricia are both back from Central America with their newly adopted daughter Sarahi.

c) Playground equipment: spring toy. Jaime will check with a local contact to see if can be repaired. Laura has info on two companies in Baltimore that deal with this equipment. A new one (not installed) is $800. Marc to contact Mr. Sames about welding.

d) A neighbor on Overleaf Dr has had a pod in his driveway for more than a year. Victor to look into.

e) A large truck has been parking on Overleaf Ct. Marc to look into.

f) A request for bids needs to be put out for the park lawn care for 2010. Action: Marc

g) The Ternwing entrance lighting circuit needs fixed. Action: Marc & Victor.

V. New business

a) 321 Ternwing Dr. issue continues: Rev.Dr.Azhar Khan sent a letter to the HCA. It is posted on www.hiddenridgeonline.com.

b) Halloween Parade – Nancy D. taking charge. Moonbounce approved. 17 October to be the day, 31 October as rain date. Fliers to be distributed.

c) Next Meeting – Monday, 9 November 2009.

President adjourned the meeting at 8:05 pm.
