I. Call to order

Sanders called to order the regular meeting of the Hidden Ridge Homeowner’s Community Association at 7:15 pm at

II. Approval of minutes from last meeting
President reviewed and approved the minutes from the last meeting.
III. Open issues
a) Review of overdue Homeowner Dues – 10 of 144 still outstanding from 2009. Board will follow up with remaining overdue owners.
b) 321 Ternwing: House has been foreclosed upon, but residents not yet evicted.
c) Marc has yet to follow up with Matt Divens on his fence line survey and remediation.

e) The Ternwing entrance lighting circuit needs fixed. Marc & Victor determined that one light fixture had to be removed from the circuit until repairs can be made. Other light is operating normally. Pends.
f) Community Dumpster is scheduled for 5/12-5/14 at the Datko’s house (same as last year).
g) Egg Hunt was a success (thanks to Laura Becker).
h) Bonfire was also fun, although the Fire Department showed twice, because someone kept calling them and complaining.
IV. New business
a) Time to put out the mailer for annual dues. Jaime Smilowitz offered to handle the mailing if someone else (like me) handles the mailing labels and letters.
b) We’re moving the monthly meetings to the second Friday of the month, starting in June.
c) A little league team will be using the baseball portion of the park on Mondays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm through at least the middle of June. They have been advised to be mindful of where they park, so as not to block out residents from being able to park in front of their houses.
d) Laura Becker will head up a playground equipment committee with some other mothers and will report back to the board at the next meeting.
e) Next Meeting – Friday, 11 June 2010. 7 pm.
