I. Call to order

Sanders called to order the regular meeting of the Hidden Ridge Homeowner’s Community Association at 7:01 pm on 09 Mar 2009 at

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
President read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.
IV. Open issues
a) Review
of overdue Homeowner Dues – 7 past due, 3 more than one year.
- Marc collected from 5 owners,
contacted all but two of remaining.
- Homeowner's Dues update: 6 still owe for 2008, 3 still owe for
2007.

g) Middle park entrance path is having some erosion. Need to plan some work to fix this summer. - Park Entrance (by Divens) - someone put down dirt, Tx!

i) Easter Egg hunt dates: 5 April with rain day 11 April. 3 pm. 3 age groups. 0-4, 5-9, 10 and up. Need some good ideas for gifts for 10 and up. Flier. (Laura Becker)
V. New business
a) Rec Area / Common Area maintenance/cutting estimate - Weis Lawn care, same prices as last year, need to add the small strip by 369 T. Approved.
b) Treasurer - Still need one, Dues season coming up
c) Stagnant Pond at bottom of Rec Area 'A' - some concerns and resistance about trying to drain it. Marc will look into. Pends.
d) Storm Drains for park - Marc checked inside, they're fine, just need to keep debris from jamming surface level water flow. Closed
e) Feb Bonfire follow up – Board approved payout for drinks provided. Closed.
f) Easter Egg Hunt Preps - need volunteers/assignments for candy filling, event handling, 6 April coming quick. Jen will help. Marc will canvass the usual helpers, too. Pends.
g) Frog Ride in park – will attempt repair. Pends.
h) Diven's Fence - still waiting for lot survey by Matt. Pends.

j) Any feedback on HOA emailing or Web postings?
k) Spread word about Community group on Facebook.
l) Campaign for emial/Web distribution (vice printed flyers, newletters)
m) Need board positions filled - V Pres, Treasurer, etc. Step up. Commit a year. I will not continue to do this by myself forever.
n) Motion to look into mulching the playground area. Jen to look into mulch. Marc offered to pick up using his truck. Pends.
o) Marc will send email to Hidden Ridge Distribution regarding use of email/website as primary distribution of info and dues notices. Pends
