Meeting Minutes

09 February 2009

I. Call to order

President Marc Sanders called to order the regular meeting of the Hidden Ridge Homeowner’s Community Association at 7:10 pm on 09 Feb 2009 at 336 Ternwing Drive, Arnold, MD, which lies within the confines of Hidden Ridge.

II. Roll call

President conducted a roll call. The following members were present:
Laura Becker, Jennifer Carberry.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

President read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.

IV. Open issues

a) Review of overdue Homeowner Dues – 12 past due, 4 more than one year.
- Marc will follow up.

b) Front entrance electric circuit –circuit board backing still needs replacing.. Marc and Vic will fix.

c) No luck so far on replacing treasurer. Laura Owens has turned over all the keys and books. (Matt Diven’s wife might be convinced, but isn’t available till late spring.)

d) 369 Ternwing Drive yard is due to be evicted.

e) 289 Overleaf Drive is going to be on the market.

f) Need to contact Nancy Dimperio or Jeff Stickles about getting middle park Frog ride repaired.

g) Marc will follow up with Matt Divens on fence line survey and remediation.

h) There was some discussion of approaching Jamestown to see if there is the possibility of mutual exchange on access to the park and access to the dock. Pends. No reply to phone message.

V. New business

a) The College Park entrance light circuit is down. Vic is trying to get it fixed.

b) Middle park entrance path is having some erosion. Need to plan some work to fix this summer.

c) Easter Egg hunt dates: 5 April with rain day 11 April. 3 pm. 3 age groups. 0-4, 5-9, 10 and up. Need some good ideas for gifts for 10 and up. Flier. (Laura Becker)

d) Park Clean up day and Bonfire: 28 Feb with back up date of 14 March.

e) Marc has new orders but will remain in the area.

f) Marc will forward on email about recycling. And will post links at hiddenridgeonline.com

g) Next Meeting – Monday, 9 March 2009
